Things I've Enjoyed This Summer

Hey lovelies, honestly for me summer is pretty much over I'm back to working a lot and quite clearly the weather has already taken a turn. I'm not mad at this either tbh because I'm not the biggest fan of hot weather, tit sweat and young children being everywhere. I'm literally a combination of squidward and the grinch so I'm ready for winter.

How To Work Hard And Play Hard

When you’re working, it is the thing that will take over most of your life. It is the thing that you will do each day for many years, and often, you can see colleagues more than you see members of your family. And while being out and working is all well and good, there is a lot that can be said of people making sure that they are able to enjoy their time off work; work hard, play hard, right? If you are spending 50 to 60 hours each week working, then spending a much smaller amount of time relaxing and getting refreshed, is really important. Working too hard or too much, without a break, can lead to burnout and stress if you let it. So being able to take some time for yourself so that you can recharge and have fun, can help you to work better, and just do life better. Here are some ideas to help.
